Return Policy

All items sold by Old Sole Boots are hand picked by me. I take great pride in offering quality vintage and newer 'boots with a colorful past' at reasonable prices. Please consider that any item sold as pre-owned or vintage will have some degree of normal wear and tear. Keep in mind that vintage items rarely are in perfect or pristine condition, as they have survived years, decades and sometimes lifetimes. There may be imperfections, so please view each pictures closely and use them to help you make your purchasing decisions. I will definitely try to mention any major concerns beyond normal wear and tear that I think you or I would want to know about. Before placing an order, please email with any questions or concerns, be they actual measurements, need for additional pictures, etc., and I will be happy to respond right away.

However, if you find the need to return an item, here is our return policy:

  1. You must contact us by phone or email within 3 days of delivery so we can provide you with an authorization code for the return.  
  2. The item must then be mailed or shipped back to us in a manner that will be received within 7 days of the contact date with return tracking information provided via email.  
  3. As long as these conditions are met and the item is returned in its same condition as when sold, we are happy to provide a refund for the full purchase price of the item.  The original shipping expenses are non-refundable and return shipping must be paid for by the buyer.
  4. Custom embellished boots with crystals are not eligable for return unless otherwise indicated, as these boots are embellished by a third party.
